Adeptic was born from a burning desire to share, mentor and nurture the next generation. The Clearly Blue ecosystem has many veterans from various domains - technology, insurance, consulting, learning and more - across many functions. As we built our services and ecosystem, we have shared our experience and expertise with many people and teams, and nurtured many interns and junior employees to go on to build successful careers.

Adeptic brings all those efforts together into a whole. It is an initiative to help people and organizations thrive, with skilling, by harvesting organizational efficiencies and growing together.
